Baby Pictures
Okay, so we have not told Ryan's family the gender yet - we are waiting until he gets home from working on the house - so sorry I will not be posting the gender just yet. Ryan graciously gave me permission to tell my family - or else I might have exploded without telling some people this morning. The sono tech said everything from the lens (es?) in the eyes to the kidneys to the brain and facial structure and everything else they look at - looks GREAT! So we are praising the Lord for a healthy baby. Soon enough blogging world we will announce the gender. Hopefully, we can get everyone called since it is a church night and all. Also, the baby had its legs crossed at the ankle just like Cadence, who still does that with her legs all the time. :) We saw the hiccups and a couple gulps of the mouth but nothing too crazy. Speaking of crazy, the baby was moving all over the place and the tech had a hard time getting a clear shot to print. It was kind of humorous. This might be a wild child!!

Dancing
Cadence and I were watching Celtic Thunder on KC Public Television last night and she and I were dancing. She wanted a "hat" on - hence the hippie band on her head. Excuse the saggy diaper we were 30 minutes from bedtime so we were getting ready for PJ's. Enjoy the show.

Warm Weather
We are really enjoying the warmer spring weather. In fact, the other day we played outside and wrote with sidewalk chalk. It is so neat to see Cadence enjoy being outside. She really likes to run in the grass and push her car around the yard. I have never been so pleased and thankful for spring. I know God is faithful to always bring spring after winter but sometimes I take that for granted. Just like in life when you are having a good time you forget that there will be down times, and vise versa. The warming weather has been a good reminder that spring always follows a winter - no matter how long the winter is.

PAINT!!!
The main area / hall / laundry is "Rustic Oak". It is hard to get color to show up right in photos.
The master bedroom is a light olive green. The master bath is the next lighter shade of the same color.
